All GenioGoods products are made on demand, which means each item is produced after an order is placed. This helps us reduce waste, avoid unnecessary overproduction and create products with care.
Once processed, your order will be shipped via a reliable carrier such as DHL, DPD, GLS, Hermes, UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail, Correos, La Poste, Japan Post, Correios Brazil or similar trusted shipping partners, depending on the delivery country and available carrier network.

Shipping destinations and delivery times
We offer free worldwide shipping on eligible orders.
Delivery times depend on your location, product type, production location and carrier availability.
Estimated delivery windows after dispatch:
- United Kingdom: 3–8 business days
- European Union: 4–12 business days
- United States and Canada: 5–12 business days
- Japan: 6–14 business days
- Brazil: 8–17 business days
- Australia and other international destinations: 7–20 business days
Most apparel orders from our GG Merch Vault are produced and shipped within a few business days, but delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local carrier operations.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers. Delays caused by customs, local postal services, weather conditions, carrier disruptions or seasonal peaks are beyond our control, but we will always help you review the status of your order if something looks unclear.
Shipping confirmation and tracking
