Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

If your order contains several items delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the last item in your order. If the withdrawal period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it may be extended to the next working day.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the withdrawal request form available on this page. You do not need to log in to your customer account to submit a request.

To submit a withdrawal request, please provide your name, email address, order number and sufficient details to identify the contract, order or product you wish to withdraw from.

After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by email.

Returning the goods

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back within 14 days.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods in the case of a standard withdrawal, unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Return instructions, including the return address where applicable, will be provided after your withdrawal request has been reviewed.

Refunds

We will process the refund within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever happens first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

If standard delivery costs were paid with the original order, those standard delivery costs will be refunded where required by applicable law. Additional costs resulting from a delivery method chosen by the customer that is more expensive than the standard delivery option may not be refunded.

Personalized products

Certain products may be excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal where they are made according to the customer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.

This may include products customized with names, text, dates, numbers, phrases or individual design requests.

This exclusion does not affect your rights if a product arrives defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Important information

Submitting a withdrawal request does not automatically mean that a product is eligible for withdrawal. Requests will be reviewed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the product type and the circumstances of the order.
