4. How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days.
During peak periods (holidays or high demand), processing may take slightly longer, but we always work to prepare your order as quickly as possible.
5. Can I modify or cancel my order after purchase?
Because our apparel is made to order, modifications or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production begins, changes can’t be guaranteed. Please double-check size, color, and design details before checkout.

Yes — we offer free worldwide shipping on all GenioGoods orders.
7. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United Kingdom: 3–6 business days
- European Union: 4–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Australia & International: 7–20 business days
These are estimates provided by carriers. Delays caused by customs or local postal services are beyond our control, but we’re always here to help.
